"Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel, as our stay was very disappointing. The staff were very friendly, and I’m genuinely sorry if this review upsets them, but I cannot be dishonest about the property itself.
I initially intended to give a score of 2/10, but revised it to 4/10 because the breakfasts were quite good, and the room cleaning provided by housekeeping was also very well done.
