If only they had gave it all a regular clean it would make such a difference such a shame this let it down "

"Standout was the staff who were excellent, so helpful and friendly. The room was great. No food available but staff booked us a table at a nearby eatery. Ideal for a short walk to visit the Kelpies. Location is on a trading estate but easy access to road network for onward travel."
