"Noisy from traffic, thin walls, banging rattlely doors and poorly sealed a/c unit. I asked to change room for the 2 remaining nights of my stay in the morning between checkouts and checkins and was told NO because they were going to fully booked that evening?"

"We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed"

"Would not let us check in five minutes early. Then only one person to check in a long line of travelers waiting to check in. No hair dryer, Kleenex, coffee pot. Check in CLOSED at 3:00 pm. Never stayed anywhere like this strange “hotel”."

"Power went out on 3rd of July, I had to work on the 4th for 24 hrs. I found out at work power wouldn't be restored until Tuesday so we decided to get a hotel. Reserved thru Expedia for two days, but somehow, Holiday Inn only had us for one day. So while I'm at the house setting up generators and extension cords, one of the managers came down to the room to have my family leave at noon. They couldn't figure out what was going on u til I had to come back and explain it. It was just a stressful...

"Close to the airport with shuttle service. If you drive there and need to park and fly, deal directly with the hotel. Third party bookings don't allow for Park and Fly. Lesson learned. The hotel is located very close to the airport but we were not bothered by the flyovers. The Front desk people were super nice and knowledgable. They helped with printing a boarding pass too. The room was well equipped but dated. The carpeting needs a good cleaning. The Breakfast bar was handy early...
