Casa Alex - pool and partial lake view

Casa Alex is an apartment located in a residential building in Garda, about 1.5 km from the lakefront, in a strategic position for enjoying the town in complete tranquility.

The apartment is spread over two levels. Upon entering the front door, you'll find a hallway leading to the open-plan living area on the right, complete with a living room, kitchen, and balcony. Climbing the first internal steps leads to a comfortable bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Continuing to the upper floor, you'll find the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom with a balcony, a second bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out single bed, and an additional bathroom with a shower.

Outside, the building offers a shared outdoor pool, ideal for cooling off and relaxing on summer days. Public parking is available along the street or in a small parking lot located just outside the complex.

The apartment is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g., spices, salt, oil, etc.), and consumables (e.g., soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided.

Pets are allowed. There is a mandatory €50 fee per pet, payable in cash upon arrival.

Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM require a mandatory €30 fee, payable in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.

Upon arrival, all guests must show identification and pay the tourist tax in cash.
