"We had a great vacation. Room was nice, clean and the view was so good. Besides, Bongpo beach is just in front of this hotel, easy to get there. Rooftop pool was also nice experience. But the elevators are not enough, it was..like a war.....Need solution abiut this. Apart from that, it was great hotel."

"The hotel is continently located near beaches, restaurants and stores. Panoramic view of ocean and city was beautiful. Room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. There are no utensils or plates… The beach near by was fun for all ages. Highly recommend to families with young children."

"Good: Perfect location for beach access and beautiful views. Convenience store in the building sells everything you need. Room is nicely renovated and clean. Needs improvement: Looks like hotel is still working on renovating hallways. Keep windows clean to maximize views. Improve the food quality at the breakfast buffet. Fix crumbling concrete outside to improve safety. Loved our stay overall, and we plan to be back next year!"

"First of all, the staff were really professional and nice. The viewfrom the room was great, too. One drawback is that I wish I could have known in advance on the website that I needed to wear aqua shoes to enter the infinity pool. Also, I didn't quite understand why the check-in process starts at 3 PM. Even if entering the room is from 3 PM, I wish I could have checked in earlier."

"Fairly new hotel with fantastic location right in front of the Naksan Beach. The retail shops around the hotel were not fully open as it was non-peak season. Friendly staffs yet inexperienced and not very knowledgeable (especially restaurant host). 2 major flaws needs to be addressed: 1. Shower door knob is very tiny and impossible to open the door after using the shower. 2. Major elevator issue - had to wait at least 5+ minutes everytime trying to use the elevator. Mind you it was a non-peak season."

"The staff provided great hospitality and were very accommodating. I really appreciate their thoughtfulness. During checkout, the staff noticed that I didn't have an umbrella for significant rainfall and provided me one. Many thanks! I'll definitely return."
