THE STAY

A place to share Gandía without sacrificing separate bedrooms: an apartment for six with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a terrace with mountain views. Two bedrooms have double beds, and the third has two single beds. The kitchen, equipped with an oven and dishwasher, and the living/dining room allow you to prepare breakfasts and dinners at home. A perfect base for enjoying the beach, walks, and exploring La Safor.

THE HOUSING

DISTRIBUTION FOR SIX

Three separate bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. The property has two bathrooms and a living-dining room for gatherings and meals together. Outside, there is a balcony and a small terrace.

KITCHEN

Oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, and dishwasher. This layout makes it easy to prepare breakfasts and dinners at home during a family or group stay.

ZONED CLIMATE CONTROL

There is split-type air conditioning in the living room/kitchen, the master suite, and the twin bedroom. Another double bedroom uses a portable unit. The portable unit has an external condensate collection tank; instructions for use are in the house guide.

ABROAD

The balcony and small terrace offer a place to get some fresh air; it's not a garden. The apartment serves as a base for combining outings in Gandía with relaxing time at home.

ACCESS AND SHARED AREAS

Exclusive use of the apartment, including the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining room, and terrace. The elevator and building access are shared with the community.

The washing machine and storage space are available during your stay. Please refer to the arrival instructions for access and parking, and do not assume that you can occupy any parking space in the building.

THE ENVIRONMENT

The apartment is located in Gandía, in the Carrer Mare de Déu Blanqueta area. It's a great base for combining beach outings, walks, and visits around La Safor with meals and relaxation at home.

When organizing outings, distinguish between the beach and port area and the center of Gandía: they are different plans and it is advisable to prepare the route according to what you want to visit.

HOW TO MOVE

You can combine walking tours of the area with public transport, taxi, or car to other points in Gandía and La Safor. Check the specific route according to your destination and the season.

The arrival directions detail how to access the building. Do not expect to occupy any parking space in the building without first checking the parking conditions.

HOUSE RULES

• Up to 6 travelers can stay overnight

• No pets allowed

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

• Parties and events are not allowed

• Taking photographs for commercial purposes is permitted: This includes filming advertisements.

In the event of no agreement For late check-outs, a surcharge of €20 will be applied for each additional hour. This measure helps maintain cleanliness and organization standards for subsequent guests.

👥 Maximum capacity

Please respect the maximum capacity of 6 guests at all times. It is mandatory to indicate the exact number of people when making the reservation.

🚭 No smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation or in common areas. A penalty of €100 will be applied for violations.

🐾 Pets

No pets allowed. Failure to comply will result in a €300 penalty.

🎉 Events and behavior

Parties, events, and commercial use are not permitted. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM must be respected; avoid making noise that may disturb the community.

🧹 Accommodation status

Upon departure, please leave the towels collected, throw away the trash, and place the dishes and utensils in the dishwasher.
