"The property is well located and well managed. Due to a sore right knee, my only problem with the hotel was all the steps: up a flight from the street to reception, then up another two flights to my guestroom. No elevator. If I were younger, the steps wouldn't have been an issue. The breakfast buffet was nice and the staff very friendly and accessible"

"Una experiencia sencillamente espectacular. ❤️ Desde que llegue , el servicio fue excelente, súper atentos y amables en todo momento. Las instalaciones son únicas, hermosas y tienen ese encanto especial que hace que uno se desconecte y simplemente disfrute. El lugar es perfecto para descansar, disfrutar de la naturaleza y vivir un momento diferente. Y ni hablar de los atardeceres… ¡una belleza! 🌅☕️ Definitivamente un lugar al que volvería sin pensarlo. 100% recomendado. ¡Gracias por hacer de mi estadía una experiencia tan especial! 🥰"

"The views are really nice, there aren't a lot of things to do in this hotel after the second day you will be very bored. Very minimal amenities, the whirlpool have heaters but you have to plan ahead as they don't turn them on unless you ask them to. During our last two days a storm knocked down power, and although they have a generator they purposely turn it off at 10 PM which leaves every hotel guest completely in the dark with no power, no internet, and no air. It was very hard to sleep the last two nights as there's no AC in any rooms and the fan did not work. "
