"The property was great. The rides on the tram were anything but good. Crowded, my travel companion had his cell phone stolen by a pickpocket on our first day. The second day, another thief got his waller out of a zippered pocket under his shirt, but someone on the train saw it. We were able to chase the thief and he threw the wallet on the ground. Hold everything very close to you. Florence was beautiful, but I would never go there again. In the two days there, there were at least acts...

"Wow, never before have I stayed in such a terrible place for a vacation. Let’s start the mattresses are hard like a ROCK… no joke. It should be noted that there is a step to get into the bathroom, that i stubbed my foot on many times. The rooms are also VERY dark.
