This was the cleanest and best-managed hotel I have ever stayed at. The manager shows extreme care in every aspect of the hotel maintenance and cleaning. The room was large and comfortable. "This hotel is conveniently booked close (but not too close) to the busiest parts of Santa Cruz- so you can get around easily, but it’s not too loud. The only noise to be aware of is the school nearby- which we found endearing and not disruptive. There is a simple but tasty breakfast offered. And the staff were helpful in arranging a taxi for an early morning check out. "We had a wonderful stay in one of the villas here. I can't say enough about the staff - they were so helpful and welcoming, and went out of their way to look out for us. They helped us update our itinerary, put a small birthday surprise together for my wife, and their overall hospitality was top notch. The quiet, relaxed setting was a great fit for us.
