"The property did not aupply sheets or towels even though i have an email that says they do. At 11pm when everyone went to bed we found a different email stating that that costs extra and isnt available without notice. Then the owner decided to keep my security deposit claiming that my dog damaged the sheets that he did not provide. "

"I will speak out of my perspective what could help this vacation spot be even better (we liked it for purpose of rest and staycation). I didn't realize that it was part of , let's say resort, for a lack of better word, but it was really out of that complex anyway, house on the side of route 6, so yes, you can hear lots of trucks passing by from a queen size room which is on that side of the house, facing route 6, but other 2 bedrooms, king size and with 2 double beds, are facing behind the house...

"We were disappointed to find the outside of the house a mess. The grass was a foot high. We couldn’t use the yard because there was a lot of rain the week before, and it was muddy. The patio had dead leaves all over it and needed clean. The tables were black and needed washed off, so what started to be a relaxing vacation ended up being a cleanup day just to enjoy the rest of our stay.
