"Listing described a loft with 5 bedrooms with twin beds, which was perfect for the 5 couples going on this trip. It also listed a hot tub. What we got was 4 bedrooms with twin beds and a BROKEN pull out sofa in the living room. In one of the bedrooms there was a second BROKEN pull out bed we managed to make usable with some bricks to hold up the broken parts. We made do that way. There was no bath of any kind, only a shower with a hole beneath it. The listing described a loft with a 12 people...

"Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super. Es war alles so wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung. Wir hatten zwei Kinder dabei und haben die kurze und gute Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Stadt genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. "

"As promised here are some remarks. - Left bed: One wooden bar of the bed rail was broken; Matras was therefore very weak - No bedlight for one of the beds (?...) - Several duvets in the wardrobe, so clothes cannot be stored (?...) - No dishcloths in the apartment - Too few towel /clothing hooks in the bathroom - No TV instructions/users manual - Tea strainer would have been useful."

"Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Fußläufig 10 Min. bis zur Elbphilharmonie. Das Parken ist nur in einem der umliegenden Parkhäuser möglich. Durschnittspreis: 28/Tag.Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig und ausreichend ausgestattet.Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht von Anfang an zufriedenstellend. Dies wurde durch Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Reinigungsteam am selben Tag behoben.Wenn man genauer hinschaut, könnte trotzdem an einigen Stellen (zB Flecken an den Wänden, Duschwände,…) ausgebessert...
