"Pros - convenient location right next to station and several restaurants Cons - the lobby furniture and carpet were completely filthy and dirty, like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. The guest bedroom and hallway outside had an overwhelming stench of old dirty carpet, with visible stains on the carpets throughout the property. Painfully long check-in process after a long day of travel. What on the surface seems like it would be an elegant property is instead just a budget hotel sorely in need of renovation."

"We absolutely loved this hotel! Clean, convenient, and spacious! We had a quadruple family room and it was perfect for our needs! The property amenities were the best we’ve found so far in Japan!"

"The hotel is nice. However, it took us almost an hour to go through the check-in process and the staff seemed very stressed out the whole time and it was very hard to communicate with them. Out of the 3 panoramic rooms with tower view we booked, only one was available when we checked in even though it was almost 6pm. They said the hotel made a mistake and all the rooms were taken by somebody else, seemed like there was a big group arriving that day. One couple in the group ended up having to take a twin-bedroom because there was nothing else available and another one of the rooms barely had a tower view (which we had paid for). The guy at the front desk told us he was giving us drink vouchers to make up for the inconvenience, when in reality they were an expedia perk that was included from the beginning. The rooms were spacious enough, the amenities were nice, but the service could improve a lot and the hotel seemed a little dated. Overall it was an okay stay but the hassle to check-in was so bad we almost missed a reservation. Would not stay there again."

"Great location. Nearby ito yokado and walking distance to donki. Little smell in the bathroom, like the urine smell, after wash by ourselves the smell reduced. I used to stay different hotel, like Mystay or Sotetsu, they provide more amenities like bath powder and facial cleaning/facial cleaning products/lotion, but Tmark lack for those extra amenities. But still good for stay."
