Ideal for business or leisure trips, the apartment accommodates up to 4 people and features a living area with sofa bed, TV with cable channels, air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with a double bed. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

AREA
Guests enjoy quick access to restaurants, stores, shopping centers, and supermarkets. The building is close to the Farmers' Market, Funchal's Old Town, and the Cathedral, with many tourist attractions within walking distance (cable car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc.). Barreirinha and São Tiago beaches are about a 15-minute walk away.

GETTING AROUND
Transfers can be arranged with local partners (cheaper than airport taxis). The address is easily found via navigation apps if you rent a car. A bus stop is 2 minutes away on foot.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Guests have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions and provide an app with important property and local information.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior); otherwise, it is subject to team availability.
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket.

ATTENTION
A municipal tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. A payment link will be provided upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
