Elsas Place, a Home in Madeira

Elsa's Place is an air-conditioned studio for two in the Lido area, close to the sea, with a sea-view balcony — a few minutes' walk from the Promenade, restaurants and the Ponta Gorda Bathing Complex.

The studio has an interior area of 34 m² and a small balcony with sea view, on the 2nd floor of a residential building.

The studio comprises a sleeping area with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a bathroom and a small living area with a sofa, dining table and kitchenette.

The studio is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, washer-dryer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.



📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD

The property is in a residential area at the main touristic district of Funchal. Within 5-minutes' walk there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and attraction centres. It is 250 m from Ponta Gorda swimming facility, 400 m from Forum Madeira Shopping Centre and 900 m from the Lido Swimming Complex via the Lido Promenade.

The apartment has easy pedestrian access to seaside Lido Promenade, bus stops near the building and is easy to drive from and to the major roads.

Free parking on the property is subject to availability. If no space is available on the property, there is a paid car park 200 m away and it is possible to park on nearby streets.

There may be occasional noise from neighbouring apartments and the building's corridors. Renovation work in other apartments may also take place, which can cause temporary noise during the day.

Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
