Baia Cliff View is a spacious apartment in the Lido area, the tourist heart of Funchal, with room for eight guests — a good option for those travelling as a family or in a group.

The building has a shared outdoor area with a garden, a swimming pool and views of the cliff and the sea. There is a garage in the building with private parking for this apartment.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a residential building, has a usable area of around 154 m² and comprises four bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed (150 × 200 cm) and a private bathroom. There are two further bedrooms with single beds (100 × 200 cm) and a small bedroom with a single bed (95 × 200 cm) and a pull-out bed (90 × 200 cm), as well as two more bathrooms.

There is a large living room with access to the balcony, a sofa, a dining table and a full kitchen.

The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (1 Gbps), a TV with international channels and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The apartment is located in the main tourist area of Funchal, next to the Lido.

Just a few minutes' walk away there are restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, a pharmacy and various services.

It is 200 m from the Monumental Experience Shopping Centre, 450 m from the Lido Bathing Complex and the Lido Promenade.

The property has easy pedestrian access to services, attractions and bus stops. The airport Aerobus stops 200 m from the building's entrance.

By car, there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the expressway to discover the island.



⚠️ PLEASE NOTE

There is construction work nearby, with possible noise during the day. However, the windows and doors have good sound insulation and the disturbance is reduced when they are closed.

Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.

The accommodation does not have air conditioning.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.
