"Due to some construction occuring water was unavailable for a short period of our stay but we were amply informed to allow time to prepare. Staff were accommodating and very helpful towards us even if we misunderstood sometimes. Rooms are small as expected but allow for enough space to relax in after a big day out. "

"They clean the room daily. Make the beds every 3 days. In the lobby they have a free snack, drinks, for all ages. There is a Lawson’s in the hotel. It’s next to a mall with lots of food options. But the mall doesn’t open till 10/11. There is a family mart right down the road, maybe a 5/10 minute walk. The staff is very friendly! They do luggage transfer. Airporter is what they recommended for same day delivery. It’s a courier . They offer free shuttle to both parks."
