"The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large and updated nicely. The towels were plentiful and plush. The water for the showers was nice and hot. I would prefer coffee in the room instead of having to go downstairs to get coffee. The bathroom in the lobby requires a code. We should be able to use our room card for that. It would be nice if the hotel had a hot tub. Parking is $60-80 a night, and should be included in the price of the room."

"Valet employees dont know how to drive manuel vehicles, therefore you pay 69.00 to park youelr own vehicle out front?? Took 35 min to get my car because they didnt have anyone that could get it out of the garage because they couldn't drive it. Refused to give me any accommodation and still charged me 69.00. Wont go back again"

"We only stayed for a very short time, arrived late and had to leave early, but really liked the room, the layout, shower was amazing! The bed was comfy! Staff were pleasant and the breakfast had a lot to offer! Near OHSU waterfront and tram to the hill; super easy for medical visits. Valet is a little spendy but very quick and really convenient!"

"Everything was filthy, carpets filthy, curtains and bed linen filthy with holes. Everything leaked in the bathroom. There was a slug walking or dying on the carpet. We arrived at midnight and were too tired to go somewhere else. It was a nightmare this place should not be listed on Hotels.com. The owners were rude, when I asked for clean pillowcases. For $90+ this place was highway robbery."

"Hotel was great, perfect lounge with a happy hour to grab a drink and hang out while on your laptop, central enough in downtown to walk to many a place and grab a bite, clean room, polite staff"

"Good and bad at this hotel. The room was okay, but needed work. The carpet had stains, the TV had major problems, the sink faucet was tricky and the bed was rock hard. To the good side, I liked the pillows, extra blankets on hand, the breakfast was ordinary, but well presented and fine, lots of places to eat close by, lighting was good, felt safe. Over all, for the price, I would stay again if I needed to be in that area."

"The house is very spacious and close to a lot. Its very pretty house. It is on a hill and parking is a bit tricky on the street. We had people blocking the driveway upon arrival. The only complaint i would have it would have been nice to have sugar in the kitchen we couldn't see any. Its an old house so the water pressure up stairs bathroom is weak. Thanks again it was a good stop over before the zoo."
