"Quick check in, in the room with in 5 minutes. Room was spotless and comfy. Nice to have a sofa to sit on instead of the usual one chair and the other sat on the bed during down time. Breakfast had a great variety, two notes though. Coffee and my tastes was pants and if you want to try and get a waffle then get down a few hours early as you have no chance with the kids queuing up for an age. Maybe another waffle machine would help. "

The tv was well positioned and the water was hot at all times Breakfast was good but some foods could have been a little warmer but that’s often the challenge for buffet service. The range and availability was great though. The lounge and bar are was very well run by professional and friendly staff who definitely know how to deliver great customer service. Drinks and food were all up to the required standard. The reception team were also very helpful and friendly providing good information and a smooth experience "

"The room was lovely and clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful, even when we checked out the receptionist asked if there was anything else we would like help with. I thought this was a very thoughtful and nice thing to ask. The bar area was airy and well laid out and the drinks were reasonably priced."

"Beautiful hotel, very good customer service. Only downside was the breakfast. We were charged £17 per person for a pretty lacklustre offering. My husband requested pancakes which were on the menu for an additional £2.50, so we were expecting a spectacular stack as a result; what he got was a couple of shop bought small pancakes to go with a very dry sausage and one rasher of bacon. Given that everything else was top-notch in the hotel, we feel they should perhaps review their breakfast and invest in some local specialities for the price charged - and definitely not charge extra for a couple of floppy pancakes."
