"We liked that the hotel was right in the heart of town and that there was a lot of energy and activity around. The restaurant was only fair in so far as the food goes. The service was haphazard in the restaurant and there was no one to greet you. The room was okay , but it was cold when we were there and the heat did not work. "I assumed I would be staying in a hotel reflective of the pictures shared, however our actual accommodation was in some of the side rooms, in a building that was definitely worse-for-wear. Most of the services that we had expected to be part of the amenities came with an extra charge - from using the gym and pool, to changing rooms because our fan was broken in the middle of a heatwave (they ended up giving us another fan for free).
