The indoor bath change area is a bit small if there are several people using it at the same time. "Loved our stay here. Staff was thorough and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. First time sleeping on tatami mats! This was the most expensive hotel on our Japan trip as we were hoping to see Mt Fuji from our room. Unfortunately we didn’t, as it was cloudy. The French restaurant was expensive with very small portions, but flavorful dishes. The breakfast was simply amazing; we got to try Japanese traditional dishes. The free shuttle goes from Kawaguchiko Station to the hotel. "
