"Overall it is a decent stay. I enjoyed the onsen, breakfast, and how big the rooms are. It is located right by gora station which makes it easier to travel. Walking distance from the open air museum, plenty of low key restaurants, and day-use onsens. There is a bit of noise in early morning & night since it’s on a busy street."

"After spending 18 days in various hostels around Japan, and hundreds of days around the world, this one had been my absolute favorite. The best sleep I have gotten on my trip and the breakfast was an amazing treat. Walking distance to most sights."

"We enjoyed everything in this nice hotel. Different breakfast and dinner each day, a lot of options.
Very nice onsen with outdoor area. Yukatas provided by hotel emphasized the overall atmosphere. Stunning view of Mt. Fuji - if weather allows."

"I liked the friendly staff. The style of the house is really nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that the washer and dryer is outdated and the washer only uses cold water for the price I paid it is expensive."

"We chose the hotel as we wanted to visit the Fuji-q highland theme park. It’s a perfect location for this, right next door.
Checkin was straight forward.
Room was nice and clean, good shower and toiletries. Room had a view into the theme park.
Ate breakfast and dinner in hotel, both were good. Lots of choice and reasonably priced.
The breakfast room had an excellent view of Mt Fuji on clear days.
The hotel also has a free bus outside to get to other locations. We used it to get to the lake and ropeway area. The bus took us to the station where we joined the hop on / off bus lines."
"Vu incroyable sur le mont Fuji ! Le Bain sauna est inégalable avec sa vue époustouflante,
Complexe rétro futuriste avec son observatoire sur le mont et sa salle à dîner bien centrée sur le décor… Ne manquez pas l’excellent brunch !"
"Amazing ryokan that makes you feel refreshed after walking through major cities in Japan. Would definitely go here again because it felt like I can finally relax and not have to worry whats next on my itinerary."
"Hotel was good. It’s a 20 min walk from the main station, but there’s also a free shuttle back and forth!
Breakfast was also great. The bed was a little rough, i think an extra pillow could help. But overall it was a great stay!"
"I am always surprised on how clean and well-maintained the hotels are in Japan.
