"No nos contestaban a ningún mensaje días antes de ir, avisamos a través de esta aplicaci ón y a vosotros tampoco os contestaban . Llegamos al lugar y parecía que estaba cerrado. Subimos y la habitación no era la reservada y el baño estaba sucio a pesar de hacer el cheking nos fuimos a Toledo. Pusimos la reclamación con vosotros y nos buscamos otro alojamiento. "Very small. Basically equipped. No oven. Bathroom stank of sewage. Unusable.
Certainly too small to sleep up to 6 people. Ludicrous.
There was no instruction of how to get into the property which had a key pad, no lights on, place in complete darkness.
We rang the owner who didn't answer. Finally a man arrived who claimed not to know the owner.???? If that was true how did he know to come?
