"The hotel was amazing and would definitely recommend. The rooms were spacious and clean, the futons were very comfortable. Our room had a private onsen which was a highlight. The kaiseki dinner was very delicious and well thought also to accommodate our kids. The breakfast included a wide variety of foods. The gardens of the hotel were very beautiful and peaceful- we enjoyed walking there many times a day. The hotel staff was kind and very helpful! The bus service to the nearby stations worked well. All in all, a near perfect stay, a very special experience and would definitely recommend!"
"The hotel itself feels rather dated and only provides basic toiletries, with no body lotion provided.
We stayed for two nights, and unfortunately, the buffet breakfast was exactly the same on both days, with no variety in the selection.
Overall, while the Mt. Fuji-facing room was the main reason we chose this hotel, the dated facilities and repetitive breakfast left us feeling somewhat underwhelmed."
"The staff was incredibly nice and the incl. buffet breakfast and omakase dinner was excellent. The in room private onsen was very nice with views of Mt. Fuji. The nightly drum show was a nice touch. 10/10 recommend!"
"We enjoyed our stay - the rooftop with a view of Fuji was excellent! Location was nice too, a bit of a walk from the train and the shuttle was only available if we waited 30 min - that was the only bummer but we ended up walking and all was fine."
"Bon rapport qualié-prix. Bien situé, propre.. Bagages gardés
de façon sęcurisée.Chambre assez petite mais fonctionnelle. Bon petit dejeuner,même quand on est dans la zone "B"Navette gare de bus/train,qui est à 1 km."
"Pickup from bus station was very welcome. Our room was large and lovely and we had a marvellous view over the lake. On our final day we had fabulous views from the fire exit and from the rooftop observatory to Mt Fuji which was magical. The onsen was a lovely experience, exceptionally clean and relaxing, with comfortable yukata (robes) provided. The full breakfast was massive and delicious, again with lovely views of lake. We enjoyed playing pool in the games room, and the laundry under the hotel was convenient. The library was also a nice space. Lots of local food options, and convenient to attractions like Kubota Itchiku Art Museum (kiminos). Beds comfortable. Only minor thing that might have made the stay more comfortable would be having a bench to put luggage on as it is not allowed in the bedroom/ tatami area. Otherwise, perfect. Staff very welcoming and friendly and a lift back to bus station at the end of our stay as well."
