"Absolutely the worst experience we ever had. No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. Room cards were on the counter with names and card numbers but no staff again. No lights in rooms or activity and overall a odd location. "Everything was excellent except there was no window in our room"

"The building is in central Trieste and easy to get to/from the train station. There is an Aldi three blocks away. The apartment was spacious and clean. Furnishings and supplies are minimal but perfectly fine. I couldn't get the wifi to work very well. It was always slow and sometimes intermittent. I also couldn't figure out the washing machine. There is only a front desk person available until 2 p.m."

We got here a bit early and could not get in until 3 PM( I understand you can request early check in , as it’s not staffed there is no flexibility if you do not do that), also there is no storage available for luggage although there is a storage just up the road. Overall it was a good experience."

"Excellent experience , Good restaurants , Very autentic Italian styled vacation. My only feedback is the temperature in the rooms, those are centealy controlled not allowing A/C Bellow 25 centigrades , really annoying in a location like this."
