Just a gorgeous place all around, in a beautiful setting! Only regret is we arrived at 8 p.m. and were gone by 9 a.m. However, we are certain to return!

Staff was extremely helpful. Food was excellent. Rooms were large.

Extraordinary staff! Spacious room, very clean and the food was out of this world - excellent quality and all made at their facilities. I absolutely recommend, including experiencing the breakfast.

This Hotel is wonderful in every way! The staff was very accommodating and surprised us with an upgrade to a suite which had a huge balcony, kitchen, 2 baths and a living room. Did I mention 2 TVs! The breakfast was very good with a lot of fresh fruit, which I appreciated, meats, cheeses, eggs, assortment of breads and pastries. I had a wonderful stay at Stay KooooK in Bern. The location was perfect for exploring Bern, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers!

We liked the "kitchen" though there wasn't an oven to do pizza. (go to the 8th floor common room and use that one) The common room was never busy while we were there so if you want a comfortable spot to browse the internet or watch a game on your laptop that is a good spot. If there are two of you, pulling the other half of the bed out every evening was a bit of a chore but not a deal breaker. First I must say this was not my first choice. I usually book the 'day of' when I arrive in a city, but this time, there was nothing reasonably priced so I found this place. I was at first a bit disappointed that I was not in the city center BUT it turns out it was a 4 stop bus ride which was about 6 minutes to get to the main train station. It’s very convenient cause close to everything

Beautiful large, modern space. Very clean and convenient location. Lots of restaurants nearby and a well stocked large grocery store just minutes walk away.

Large room with 2 comfortable chairs, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast.

It's a clean and modern hostel in a scenic location. The walk to the train station is around 25-30 minutes, but there are buses.
