"Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed, efficiently designed space despite being really tiny for two people and a dog. Shuttle service was very useful and efficient, and is the main reason we'd stay again. AC worked well despite the heat, and luggage storage room was very useful. Cons: Only one sachet of instant coffee in double room...expensive small coffees were available downstairs. Would have been nice to have a small fridge in room."

"The recently renovated rooms are truly top notch. Those that are not are still classic but somewhat dated, Howevver all have excellent bathrooms and showers and a beautiful bath tub, for those who like to soak. The front desk staff is excellent but the back room people are, well, not customer orlented. So if you have an issue keep it with the front desk people. There is no conciege? For such a large hotel one would think there would be one. Even though there is a 5 minute shuttle to the...
