My sister wanted to surprise me by joining our celebration. She coordinated with the hotel ahead of time, and the front desk and restaurant teams jumped right in to help execute the plan during our check-in. The moment she walked into the lobby from the restaurant is a memory I will cherish forever. I cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and genuine excitement. Highlights of Our Stay: Incredible Service: The staff treated us like family from the second we arrived, showing true warmth and dedication. "We spent 3 nights there and were fairly pleased. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was intense! My only complaint was an odd odour when you walk into the lobby, but I believe it was just lingering smells from breakfast which is served nearby. I am writing this from our next hotel in PEI that is nowhere near as good as the Chateau Bedford, so thank you."
