The reception gives you some toilet paper and dishwasher detergent once you arrive but once you’ve used it, it’s on you to buy more. You also have to clean the place and take the used bedding off the bed and used towel downstairs before departing. There is no WiFi in the apartment. "good stay in bordeaux, hotel was in convenient location, around 10-15 minutes from centre. although the room had simple cooking facilities which we didnot use, the room was a little cramped if you were eating in, and did not just sleep there. "
