"Honestly, the hotel is just okay. The staff was friendly, and location is convenient. Our room was at street level, and we had no privacy. We could not raise the blackout blinds because everyone passing by could get a clear view of the inside. Our room was extremely noisy. We could not sleep at all. There were huge thuds and bumps all night. Extremely annoying. I also found the beds to be too soft for my liking. And Four Point- what's up with the penny pinching? I paid $350/night for a room, and you leave me ONE bottle of water, no tissue box in the room, no microwave, no electric kettle. It is a let down. Imagine yourself in a slightly upgraded motel with no free breakfast."
