"The staff greeted us like family come to visit. We were road weary and they were just great! The room was clean and comfortable. (There was even a post card in the room. #postalcrossing) The breakfast was great with hot food, clean and well supplied. Again the staff maintaining the breakfast stopped to check on us and made us feel welcome."

"Terrible experience!! Do not stay here. WiFi was not working, room telephone was not working, there were only 5 working channels on the TV, no quiet hours. People were running and screaming through the hallways at 1am. No shampoo, tub was not working. I reached out to the hotel through their chat and got no response. Terrible customer service."

"I loved it right from the outside; when you walk in, it looks very clean—it actually looks even better than the location where I work for the same company. Everything was very clean and lovely. The room also looked great and comfortable. The only issue was that the sink was a bit dirty—just the sink; everything else was excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good 👍 and the pool was great too. and I would stay there again"

"The staff was the best part of my stay!! This is a rinky dink party motel/resort I stayed in a king exterior room on the first floor. The place was hard to find, you have to go down the alley way where you see grand islander n Level 2 bar. This is definitely meant for party goers and young people... the music starts at 9am Saturday and Sunday. The bed was hard af!!! Didn't enjoy the bed and again the is a low grade resort, so don't expect much more then a place to sleep and smoke if you're a smoker. If you want something more comfortable n nicer then stay somewhere else. I know I will next time I visit the island."
