"Staff was wonderful."

"Hotel location is perfect! If you have an early flight or just want to be near the airport, this location ticks all the boxes! Hotel is steps from the terminal, and you are also steps from the airport courtyard area where there are shops, a grocery store, restaurant, access to trains/ S Bahn to the city center (about a 30-minute ride). There is also a Christmas Market this time of year, so this made it extra special! Rooms are very clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet is great. Staff at front desk was a bit mixed, some friendly, some just seemed like they were not too happy to be at work, this was the only somewhat negative thing, other than this, everything else was great! "
