And it stated it would do deposit refund 7 days after check-out with no damage reported. I checked out 5th April, so far no one contacted me regarding any damage found. "Overall, it was a good stay. The check-in process was a bit confusing because the front desk was located right next to the restaurant, making it difficult to tell whether the staff were hotel employees or restaurant staff. One issue I had was that housekeeping did not clean our room even though we placed the sign on the door requesting service. After a long day of touring, we had to contact the front desk just to get fresh towels. However, the front desk staff were very friendly, responsive, and quickly provided extra towels and any other amenities we needed. I wasn’t a big fan of the location, as it is quite far from the Old Town. Since this is a Marriott property, I think I had higher expectations. While the service was good, it wasn’t quite at the level I expected from the brand. I may have visited at an unfortunate time, as the large shopping mall nearby was closed due to a holiday and Sunday trading hours. Without access to the mall, I didn’t see much advantage to staying in this area."
