Beach House with Ocean View

  • Escape your routine life at Seascape, a beautiful oceanfront beach house with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the ships sail thru the canal and dolphin go by from the deck.
    Spacious house that can sleep 12 people. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, cook top oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, coffee pot, crock pot, blender, dishes, utensils, and a variety of pots and pans.
    House is equipped with high speed xfinity internet with WIFI, washer and dryer for you to use.
    There are beach access areas just one block to the right or couple of blocks to the left. You can visit Surfside's Jetty Park (only 3 blocks away) where you can bird watch, fish, or see the ships entering or exiting the deep-water seaport in Freeport.
    Pets are considered providing additional pet fee is charged for each and every pet that you may bring to the house whether they are inside the house or outside the house. Enhance your beach stay with our convenient golf cart rentals for guests!”

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront rental! The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Every detail was thoughtfully done, making our stay comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The beach access and views were incredible, and everything we needed was provided. This was truly a five-star experience, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway. We can't wait to return!

This was a hidden gem that we found looking for a quick overnight stay. Great location right on the ocean front. I definitely recommend the golf cart rental right here from the host, Really nice golf cart and made driving to he beach super easy right from the home. There is a beach area a very short walk and it’s not crowded at all. If you’re lucky enough to catch one of the ships coming in or out or port that’s a great plus as well. This host was so gracious and accommodating to us and we highly recommend this property and will certain put it on our list to return to.

5/5 Stars - Absolute Paradise!We had the most incredible stay at this beach house! The location could not be more perfect—just steps away from the sand with breathtaking views of the ocean right from the living room.The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee and watching the sunset.The host was wonderful, communicative, and provided great local recommendations. He even supplied and hung a birthday banner for me!If you are looking for a peaceful, scenic, and comfortable coastal getaway, look no further. We are already planning our next visit!

I was amazed st how nice and accomidating the house was. The double coffee maker, the filtered water dispenser, everything that made our stay there VERY nice and good!

Relaxing

There is not enough good things to say about our trip here to the Seascape in Surfside Texas. The host was amazing.I mean, every detail he has this perfected to a t! The location of the house is more than superb. Not only are you right on top of the ocean, but the boats come in and out of here And they are huge and they are magnificent And it was one of the coolest parts about the trip! We were able to visit the aquarium in lake jackson, which was a really neat little place And it was free! The people here are just credibly friendly as well.Which is another thing i've noticed compared to other places.Everybody just waves and says, hello.Just a nice little tight knitted community.Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your house!

We enjoyed our winter stay. The beach, as always, did not disappoint - amazing sunrise and sets. Only concern was trying to get the thermostat to work properly for cold weather, we could not manage to get the house warm.

STOP looking & book now before it’s gone.

If this fits your price & number of guests, it has everting one needs for a great holiday. Super clean, well stocked kitchen, complementary water & coffee makings on arrival, comfortable beds, excellent wifi, super paved car parking, great sunrises & for older guest the crème de La crème

The house is across the street from the seawall with an unobstructed view of the gulf. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the house and the amenities provided. Also, there was easy access to restaurants and places of interest in the area. We would definitely recommend the property to others.

Excellent place to stay

Had a great week! House was just as advertised. Very peaceful. Had a great time watching the surfers and ships coming and going. The local beaches are great. Only an hour from Galveston if you need a change of scenery.

Best staycation ever!

We do staycations all over Texas and this was the best house we have stayed thus far! The house was spotless and fully stocked with soaps, towels and everything you need. We were so impressed with this house and the views of the water, the sun and moon rise were phenomenal! We plan to stay here again!

Excellent stay

We had a great weekend at Jay’s place. Beachfront location is perfect with awesome ocean view especially the sunrise. Home was clean and space was perfect for our family of 7. My son was able to surf, and we all had a relaxing weekend just watching the waves and some ships come and go.

Awesome time !

We had such a nice experience, the house is very nice, clean and comfortable. We have a son on the spectrum for those families who understand the struggle, the communication with the manager was wonderful, everything was smooth and nice , awesome location. We rent the golf cart and that was a plus! My son had a ton of fun in a very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend this property.

Nice house, great for ship watching

We enjoyed the house, especially sitting on the porch watching ships come and go. Rooms were clean with all the essentials, and Jay was very accommodating. If it hadn't rained every day, it would have been an overall great vacation.
