"Friendly staff made our stay. Everyone we dealt with was welcoming and genuinely helpful, which goes a long way. The heated pool was a nice touch and the kids loved it. The grounds and exterior were clean and well kept. The interior shows its age a bit and felt slightly less clean in spots, nothing dealbreaking though. Overall the value for the price is there, and we’d consider staying again."

"This is a property that has areas that need some TLC. The room I was given was #81. The furniture was old and the top 2 dresser drawers kept sliding open on their own. There was no nightstand between the 2 queen beds. Weird. There was an electric plug cover missing in the closet area. The indoor + outdoor pools were nice. The included breakfast was as expected. Lots of choices and nice to have available."

"New furniture is too much for the space. Put the new high tables against the walls. Put the footstools upstairs in the rooms with the sofas. Put the food snacks in the new.spice. Bring back the booth. Forget the Sweetz shop. Parents don't want their kids eating candy..Place was great the way it was."

"Set back from the main strip of n conway. Close enough to walk, but far enough its still quiet and secluded. Price was perfect for for room soze and property placement. Staff was light hearted and helpful beyond requirements. Somekne called out friday, and the desk was staffed by maintenance and cleaners, they handled it awesome and made sure everything went smoothly. Will definitely be our go to hotel from now on for our visits up north. Only down fall, hot tub was removed and pool was a little cold, but not enough of a problem to ruin the trip. Solid 10s across the board"
