"I absolutely loved this hotel,it was our savior after a terrible experience at a neighboring hotel. We stopped by to see the rooms, and the friendly staff showed us several options. We decided to book immediately, even though our previous reservation was non-refundable, and it was the best decision. The room was clean, modern, and had great amenities. "Rooms are not good. Our shower was broken and it wasn’t fixed for two days before we left. Location is great."

"The hotel was conveniently located and close to everything, which made getting around very easy. Unfortunately, the room was not clean. The carpets were dirty, there was mold in the bathroom, no shampoo was provided, and the soap dispensers were empty. The room TV was positioned incorrectly. Very difficult to watch from bed. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room did not meet expectations."
