Literally in the heart of Fredericksburg with access to all that downtown offers from restaurants to shopping and site seeing. Agave Chapel is airy and spacious with eclectic finishes. You will experience great comfort in this beautifully furnished, fresh and a most welcoming venue. Outdoor offers space to enjoy morning coffee or a gathering for a evening cocktails. The dining area and full kitchen are unique features for guests who prefer private dining and entertaining.

* Rates for this property are based on double occupancy, additional persons beyond 2 will be charged $35 per person per night*
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Please Note: You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC) Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will not be visible.

The Agave Chapel is beautiful and quite spacious. Its location is perfect to walk in downtown Fredericksburg. We enjoyed the fact that we were close to great restaurants and bars that we didn’t have to drive to. We visit every year and will definitely book the place from now on.

Location is amazing! A tad loud in the mornings with trash trucks and other delivery trucks, but I couldn’t have asked for a better location.The home needs major renovations. The doors don’t have any seal left, they even have things to place down when it rains so it doesn’t leak…One of the windows seals is rotting, the bathroom downstairs is pretty old and not cleaned very well. The bed definitely needs replaced. I understand bugs can get in, but I think I found at least 7 crickets in 2 days inside the living and bedrooms. Although i would love to stay here again, I most likely wouldn’t due to the poor condition of the home.

Three Ladies Shopping

The property was lovely and very comfortable. We loved how close it was to Main Street and shopping! We would stay here again, and highly recommend.

Charming Property with the BEST Location

We loved our time at Agave Chapel! The property was beautiful, spacious, and the best part was we could walk to and from downtown every day with ease. It's the perfect distance from Main Street to head back for a quick break, drop off shopping bags, or bring back a bottle of wine to put in the fridge for later! The parking was directly on property and there was plenty of space. The courtyards are cute and are shared with the other rentals on the property. There were lots of plants on site and we saw hummingbirds out our window every morning. Just a heads up for anyone with mobility issues - there is a spiral staircase leading to the second bedroom. We had no problems with it and loved the charm but it's something to be aware of.We can't wait to come stay at Agave for our next trip!

Charmingly Rustic Cottage

We enjoyed our stay in this rustically furnished, nicely decorated, clean and tidy cottage. Great location, one block from main street, an easy stroll to all nearby attractions. The narrow spiral staircase to the loft is steep and difficult to navigate with a large suitcase, which some folks might not like. The kitchen is ill-equipped for cooking, but if you’re eating out this isn’t a concern. All considered, we recommend this cottage and would stay there again.

Close to restaurants and Main Street

Overnight stay was comfortable and easy. We walked to dinner on Main Street and enjoyed drinks at newest restaurant Casa Chloe across the street. We will stay here again.

Charming & Spacious

We had a great stay at the Agave Chapel. High ceilings, windows across the entire wall in the den, and Saltillo tile gives the place a character all its own. It was clean, very spacious, and well appointed. It’s easy walking distance to Mainstreet. We loved it!

Cozy & Charming but lacks privacy indoors

The good things: 1. Location is great. Super walkable to everything on Main. 2. The common spaces are super cozy and comfortable. 3. There is no cleaning required upon checkout. The not great things: 1. The upper bedroom is a loft so you can hear everything. 2. The lower bedroom has no doorknob, the door does not close all the way, and there are spindles at the top, which means as someone is coming down the staircase, they look right at the bed in that bedroom. 3. The outdoor space is not very usable or comfortable. 4. The kitchen is sparsely stocked with utensils. We were able to cook a full dinner, but we brought our own roasting pans.
