Hotel overall was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, beds and linens were clean as well. Bathroom was clean, tub was a bit small and dated tile, couldn’t find an iron, but over all the facility was good I would stay here again.

Each staff member we encountered were extremely nice and helpful. The property is very clean and well maintained. We were staying for a lacrosse event at Utica Park, so this was very convenient. The park is a 7-10 minute easy drive.

The representative that checked us in was incredibly professional. The facility was clean, newer and well maintained. We had two issues that were sub-par for a Marriot: (1) out TV’s color was so poor that we couldn’t watch (2) we were placed in an accessible room which made for a spacious experience but everything was low especially in the bathroom. Made it subpar for us as taller people. Breakfast was excellent and they offered us points for the issue with room selection and the TV.

The property and the rooms were very clean. The staff was helpful and answered all questions. Only reason I would give 4/5 starts was because of the room set up. With the bathroom door being a large sliding barn door with a large window that was frosted slightly. The main issue was in the middle of the night or early morning, if someone takes a shower or goes to the restroom, the light from the bathroom fills the room and easily wakes people up.
