"We came for the pool, but unfortunately it was closed for construction, surrounded by very unattractive bright orange fencing. Neither the hotel’s website nor Expedia mentioned that the pool was closed, so we were very disappointed. However, the property is cute and rustic. The restaurant is very good, the staff is pleasant, and the view is stunning."

"This property has the potential to be a 5 Star hotel/resort. The property and surrounding grounds are excellent. The rooms are modern and spacious. The problem, and it’s significant, is the food and beverage. We had the worst meal in Italy I’ve ever had in their “fine dining” restaurant w a family party of 18 which we set up in advance. It was awful, as was the service. We gave them another shot with just a party of three and it too was poor. The pool restaurant is much better so I advise you...

"The staff were very accommodating and when we arrived 1.5hrs and early they accommodated us checking in early. The room was very clean and had plenty of room. The pool was great for the kids. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of food to choose from the buffet."
