"Stunning property and the pool was excellent. The location is very nice kind of towards more high-end part of town, but easily walkable right to the central part of town as well. Everyone that worked there was very kind and courteous, and our room was nice and clean."

"Our stay at Tivoli was a disappointment. While the location is undeniably spectacular, the overall experience fell far below expectations. The staff often appeared overwhelmed, resulting in slow, inconsistent service, and at times it felt as though showing genuine care for guests was an effort rather than a priority. Without its exceptional setting, I would struggle to rate this hotel as even a four-star property. Management should focus on service quality to match the location."

"Incredible location! Steps away from the beach, incredible cliffs, walking trails, and many restaurants. Breakfast was incredible, much better than the standard continental. The pool was great for super hot afternoons when we didn’t feel like walking around. If you have a car be prepared to park a few blocks away. Would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Algarve."
