"Very clean room. All amenities available. Very small, not much area to place anything (for 2 people) as far as luggage or on bathroom counter. Bed was comfortable, A/C nice and cold. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch, nice yard, but on a very busy road. Could not hear any traffic noise in our room however. Mark was very attentive, should we have needed anything. Enjoyed the Halloween decorations in the front. "

"Overall a great stay. Clear and timely communication from the host, clean house, great location. It felt secluded while also being close to everything. The main downside to me was that the street coming off the house did not have a sidewalk on Franklin road, which is a very busy road. It’s got a very narrow shoulder of the road for about 20-30 yards which was not optimal for pushing my child in a stroller. The shoulder then gets wider for another 50 yards or so until you reach a sidewalk. “Shops...
