"What a beautiful and well-equipped property the “Woody” cabin is! We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful and relaxing stay. We loved sitting in the screened-in porch, listening to the rushing river and feeling the breeze blow through the trees. We also enjoyed sitting in the swing by the river. The living room is cozy with a large tv for watching a show, and the bed was very comfortable. We were truly impressed with how well-preserved this historic property is, and Lynn and Jay keep it immaculate....

"The property was very charming, property owner was very nice, however I was mislead by a few details from the pictures..There are ppl living next door and the run up and down the only driveway access, parking was not very good due to blocking their way in & out. The house was pretty clean for its age. The yard was very grown up, the only way in was through a set of steep stairs which was not mentioned, glad I didn't have anyone disabled with us. Some light bulbs did not work, the bathroom faucet...

"The cabin was exceptionally beautiful and very cozy! However the last 1.4 miles to the cabin is unpaved so motorcycles be advised car still managed to get there on the bikes also since we are not big drinkers we were unaware of the cabin in a dry county and the closest liquor store is 40 min away in the middle of no where with a small selection so just plan accordingly. Will we stay there again YES! Will we recommend to friends YES! It was exactly what you need to reset and unwind!!"
