Private lake and peaceful sunsets 5 miles from Franklin Ky and less than an hour from Nashville. Dog kennel, indoor pickleball court and large porch for a relaxing coffee or evening. Shop with 1920sq ft apartment has a huge bonus room upstairs with large sectional and king size bed. Down stairs has open floor plan one bedroom with queen size bed and full bath with tile shower. Huge kitchen with large island with bar seating. Enjoy the privacy and scenic views of rural Franklin with all the amenities just miles away. Whether you’re looking for bourbon distillery tour at Dueling Grounds Distillery or check out the Thursday night cruise in on the square Franklin is only 5 minutes away.
