"We ended up booking this place to stay for the weekend but we didn't even check-in in the apartment. The street getting to this place is very rural and tight with no lights and we quickly realized that it would have been impossible for us to drive in and out of it easily at night. The street also doesn't seem to have any lights which makes it dangerous to drive in. "We loved our visit to the Carolina Motel. Everything was so clean and well taken care of. There were even beach towels on a cart at the pool. The pool deck and the fire pit area were wonderful. The beds were soft and comfortable. Everything was ready and very welcoming when we went into our room. The staff made sure to stress the quiet hours,no alcohol at the pool and no pets which I appreciated. It was nice to park your car directly outside of your door for easy access.Will for sure stay here again if back in Franklin."
