Built in 2014 Forest Landing (Like New) Villa

  • This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome was constructed in 2014 and is ready for your family to enjoy. The home sleeps 8 with 2 king beds, 2 full beds and a full size pull-out on the sectional in the loft. Enjoy your evening sitting on the rear porch or playing in the sizable side yard. The separate dining room seats 6 comfortably and there are 3 additional bar stools in the fully equipped kitchen. There is also outside dining for six on the patio in the back of the home. The Villa is equipped with pool and beach toys/equipment along with 6 flat screen televisions for rainy days. Your children will also enjoy playing the X-Box 360 or watching their favorite show on the big screen tv in the loft. Rental fee includes use of the clubhouse, pool and cleaning costs. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday during the peak season June-September.
