"We arrived at 11:00 at night. Cost for that one hour was $ 800. 00 for 2 rooms. My wife and I were assigned the wrong room by the check in staff. We had no blanket or comforter for the bed so we froze the entire night. I complained the next day but they did not assign us the correct room. We received no apology and were not offered to help us move to the correct room. At check out we asked for simply a 1 hour late check out at 12:00. "La casa é in un’ottima posizione, a 5 minuti di macchina dal centro di San Teodoro. Il personale molto disponibile. Alcuni aspetti meno positivi, sono stati l’assenza di posate/bicchieri/utensili da cucina, poiché eravamo in 3 e per esempio c’era solo un bicchiere o solo 1 cucchiaino. Gli asciugamani facevano odore di umido. Mancava uno strofinaccio per asciugare le stoviglie quando venivano lavate e anche un tappeto davanti alla doccia.
