"Computers were down and manager out of town so the office worker made a copy of my credit card. I’m still freaking out about that. Refrigerator was broken and it took them three days to replace it. I room was never cleaned and we had to ask for fresh towels. Only one working lightbulb in the bathroom"

"Very disappointed. It was a very strange layout and they were screaming kids everywhere and no relaxation at the pool. A room had a terrible view and so we switched and requested mountain and it was the same view of a rock wall and a parking lot only it was one floor higher."
