"Lovely breakfast staff could not have been more attentive or kind"

"The hotel is an attractive building set in extensive grounds, with an interesting woodland walk. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were a few areas where the guest experience could be improved. It took us quite a while to find our room because the receptionist did not give us complete directions, and the signage did not direct guests to the second lift. Later on wemet two other guests who were also lost in the same area, and we helped them find...

"Property looks dated and in need of a modern upgrade. The hotel t is clean anc the staff was exceptionally good and helpful The location is great - near the Train Station and good restaurants. The breakfast was good and plentiful."

"Wifi didn’t work anywhere in the rooms. There is otherwise no cell service on the property. The amenities were closed for all 3 days of the stay as they were booked for training (this should be made known upon booking if you advertise as a spa) and the staff was useless. Staff did not make us aware on check in that in order to get the rooms refreshed the next morning the guests have to call before 10 am. Would not stay here- complete mess of a hotel."

"Meeting up with friends in Norwich. Easy walking distance about 15 minutes. Only ate breakfast which was very good and a great selection. Very helpful staff, parking available but unfortunately you have to pay for parking. Would recommend staying."
