"The contact person was rude. Did not respond to email. No hot water. The bedrooms smelled like bad body odor and carpet in both bedrooms were stained and dirty, when we arrived it was cold and we had to figure out how to use heating system. There was no binder or instructions for guests. Do not stay they do not value guests here. Very unfriendly."

"We recently stayed at Highland Club in The Sacristy. We had an amazing holiday and absolutely loved the location and facilities on offer at The Highland Club. The Sacristy is a gorgeous apartment and has been decorated beautifully but it was let down by one thing - the shower! We weren’t able to use it for the whole week we stayed there which was a huge disappointment as it is a beautiful bathroom. The water was either freezing cold or boiling hot - no in between. This was never able to be fixed...
