"I travel to the Boston area about once every six weeks and, as a former South Shore resident, enjoy staying at this hotel. It's clean, comfortable, and safe, with a nice (and free) breakfast buffet. The front-desk staff in particular are professional and friendly, and greet me by name. I also appreciate the free parking, easy access to the highway, and proximity of several good restaurants. "

"We had a terrible experience. We were not told of the Construction taking place until we checked in. The manager said there was not notification on the website when I looked. It was there, but it all said construction happening in the lobby area. Nothing about Construction in the rooms. We were also told that Construction starts at eight and typically ends by two we shouldn’t experience too much noise. They put us in a room where the flooring was being torn out. It literally sounded like they were coming through our floor and this started at 6 AM. I called and complained. We had to move rooms. their service recovery was a free breakfast voucher however our new room housekeeping was vacuuming that evening at 11 PM. We were in town for a volleyball tournament so nobody got any sleep when I complain to the manager he did not care at all his service recovery was to give me Hilton points, which I’m still waiting on. It’s been a week if you staffed that I did interact with however was very helpful. Very nice. I do think when the renovations are done the hotel will be quite lovely but I hope they get a manager. That actually gives a crap because this one did not. "

"Perfect location, near the shops at the Prudential Center and Symphony Hall. Receptionist was very warm and helpful. Love having coffeemaker and refrigerator in room, and free continental breakfast."
