"Stayed just one night but it was pleasant enough. The hotel and its grounds are lovely although in need of a little TLC. Things are a just a little bit tired in the bathrooms and some of the tilling could be doing with replacement. A bit more attention could be paid to the cleaning as well. The one thing I would say is that the mattress was really comfy and we both got a good nights sleep. Breakfast in the morning was freshly cooked and plenty was on offer. All staff were helpful and pleasant. There is ample parking and a walk around the grounds before departure to see the huge trees was a nice end to a pleasant enough stay. "

"We stayed for one night while on a motorcycle tour and decided to stay here as it had parking for the bikes. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Breakfast seemed a little on the small side for variety but it was self service so you can go back up for more. The hotel was around a 40 minute walk into town but there's a bus stop outside that you can get."

"The location center of town was ideal for eating out and easy access to scenic walks.Good size carpark. The Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Overall it was good value and proved peaceful at night."

"The only thing that was wrong was the coffee machine in the room. There were only 4 pods and two of them didn’t work. The staff, accommodation and amenities were on the ball. The location is also lovely right on the banks of the Tay."
